How to use Invitrogen TRizol

Invitrogen's one-step total RNA extraction reagent TRIZOL can increase the yield by 30% -150% compared with other purification methods. This homogeneous solution of phenol and guanidine isothiocyanate can be directly used to extract total RNA, DNA or protein from cells or tissues of humans, animals, plants, bacteria, etc.
The purified RNA can be used for PCR, Northern blot analysis, poly (A) + screening or dot blot hybridization. The purified DNA and protein are suitable for DNA and Western blot analysis, respectively.
* Obtain high-purity RNA (A260 / A280> 1.9)
