It has stable chemical properties, good reflectivity to light and heat, and good heat resistance. It is not easy to change color under high temperature conditions. However, silver powder is not acid-resistant, and it will react chemically when it encounters acidic substances, which will reduce the gloss of the printed metal. The ink used for printing gold and silver is different from the general ink. The gold ink is made up of copper powder and zinc powder mixed in proportion and added with gold oil. The main silver ink particles and performance (physical and chemical properties) are very different from the general ink, the characteristics of gold and silver powder are:

â‘  Large particles. The diameter of the main and silver ink particles is 2-3 times that of ordinary pigments.

â‘¡Poor adhesion, the gold particles and the connecting material have almost no absorption performance, and only rely on the glaze of the connecting material to adsorb together.

â‘¢ Chemically active. When gold and silver encounter oxygen, carbon, sulfur, etc. in the air, they will undergo major chemical changes and change color, and lose their original light translation.

â‘£The reaction of aluminum and zinc is amphoteric (oxidative and reducing), and it is easy to be compatible with water.
