The typesetting of corrugated boxes has always been a weak link in enterprise management, and often cannot be taken seriously. In fact, the quality of the typesetting work of corrugated boxes is directly related to the quality of corrugated box printing products and the efficiency of printing, and its importance cannot be ignored.
At present, there are the following common problems in the layout work of many corrugated carton companies: the printing plate base is torn, the printing tape is glued, and the typesetting temperature is cold in winter and hot in summer, which causes the aging and deformation of the printing plate and so on.
In the storage and storage environment of the printed version, corrugated box companies must strengthen on-site management and fully implement 5S, that is, finishing, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, and literacy. The production rack is fixed and positioned according to the frequency of use of the printed version, and it is regularly arranged to process the expired printed versions in time, so that the printed versions are stored in an orderly manner, creating and maintaining a comfortable and clean working environment.
When typesetting, the paste of the hanging strip must be aligned with the base edge of the hanging slide. At present, the domestic corrugated carton companies generally use the traditional process of fixing the hanging strip on the base of the hanging plate with adhesive tape. In this way, when the printed plate is used and hanged for a long time, it will often hang due to the force on the hanging plate. The phenomenon of plate shifting is especially noticeable in the hot and humid second and third quarters of each year. In order to change this phenomenon, some corrugated carton companies have begun to use cold welding technology to fuse and cool the material of the bonding surface of the hanging strip and the base of the hanging sheet, so that the hanging strip is firmly welded to the hanging sheet substrate at one time. In addition, the positioning of the hanging strip is stable. At the same time, in order to prevent the mounting base near the two ends of the mounting strip from tearing after being stressed, fiber tape is generally added for reinforcement.
In order to ensure the accuracy of typesetting, drawing accurate reference lines is the basis of typesetting, which should be highly valued. If the reference drawing is not good, it will lead to deviations in future work, and there will be problems of layout position or overprinting. There are two main reference lines, one is the vertical center line when hanging the plate, and this reference line must be drawn from the upper edge of the layout to the lower edge; the other is the horizontal zero line, which is the cover line of the corrugated box The standard distance from the edge of the hanging film.
After the reference line is drawn, draw the upper shake line, the box height line and the lower shake line in sequence according to the size of the corrugated box. When drawing a line, you must not forget to divide in accordance with the requirements in the circumferential direction of the hanging version, but you do not need to divide in the horizontal direction. When loading the plate, the position should be aligned horizontally and vertically, pay attention to whether there is any phenomenon such as lifting of the edge of the printing plate, falling off of small prints, falling of adhesive tape, and damage to the plate paper.
At present, most corrugated carton companies still use manual scribing to determine the position of the layout, which causes a large positional deviation. Some enterprises have adopted simple tooling to locate the sections of each layout, and the effect is good. It mainly uses the projection principle and the method of printing the positioning line directly on the printed film base to determine the position of the layout, and the layout accuracy is high.
