"Waterless printing and dyeing new technology and intelligent equipment" key project passed the acceptance
Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology organized an acceptance meeting for the key projects of the "Eleventh Five-Year" National Science and Technology Support Program "Waterless Printing and Dyeing New Technologies and Intelligent Equipment" in Dandong, Liaoning.
The project is organized and implemented by the Science and Technology Department of Liaoning Province. It has systematically studied water-free printing and dyeing auxiliaries, printing and dyeing processes and supporting equipment to form a complete set of water-free printing technology. R & D of new copolymerization and modification additives such as silicone, polyurethane, polyacrylate, etc., to achieve the completeness of crosslinking of waterless printing and dyeing additives and good compatibility of dyes; innovative development of intelligently controlled waterless printing equipment, development A new waterless printing and dyeing process suitable for printing, painting and coating of different fabric types is developed. At present, 3 production and application demonstration bases have been established, and an auxiliary production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons and a watermarked fabric production line with an annual output of 30 million meters have been built.
