Remote control ink roller adjustment

Transverse cross ink

a. Press the Fault button (Fig. 7-43/1) on the menu bar to open the fault menu and press the service button again (Fig. 7-43/2).

b. Press the Direct Operation Control button (Figure 7-43/3) in the Service menu.

c. Use the Mixer Time Settings button (Figure 7-43/4) to turn the horizontal crossbar of the selected print unit on or off.

The button does not light: Turn off the cross-inked button Lights up: Turn on the cross-inking

c. Press the Back button (Figure 7-43/5) to exit this menu.

2. Set the ink phase of each printing unit separately

a. Press the Print function button (Fig. 7-44/1) on the menu bar to open the print function menu and select the button for the print unit to be set (Fig. 7-44/2).

b. In the printing unit menu, press the cascade ink time button (Fig. 7-44/3) to open the serial ink roller time menu.

c. Use the arrow keys (Fig. 7-44/4) to set the horizontal cross-talk phase on the printed paper. The ink phase is shown as a colored bar chart (Figure 7-44/5). The default value is 400.

d. Press the Back button (Figure 7-44/6) to exit this menu.

 Tip: Press the button of the printing unit to open the preview menu, and you can also extract the ink mixing time menu from it.

3. Set the horizontal ink phase for several printing units at the same time

a. Press the Print function button (Fig. 7-45/1) on the menu bar to open the print function menu and press the preview button (Fig. 7-45/2) to open the preview menu.

b. In the preview menu, press the cascade ink time button (Fig. 7-45/3) to open the serial ink roller time menu.

c. Use the print unit button (Fig. 7-45/4) to select one or several print units, then use the +/- key (Fig. 7-45/5) to set the horizontal cross-inking phase on the paper.

d. Press the Back button (Figure 7-45/6) to exit this menu.
