This method is based on the paint detection method. Choose a 500g weight with a smooth bottom, put a few cotton fibers on the uv-cured surface, and then press the weight on the cotton fiber for 2~3min, then remove the weight, if the cotton fiber does not stick to the surface The surface is fully cured.

4. Appearance observation method

Fully cured uv ink has a shiny surface, and there is no hairiness phenomenon, there is no imaginary edge, which is one of the important features that determine the ink is fully cured by uv lamp irradiation.
