Universal testing machine maintenance methods and precautions

1, part of the oil source:
　　
Regularly check the main engine and the oil source for oil leakage. If any oil leaks are found, replace the sealing ring or combination pad.
　　
Replace the oil filter and filter element regularly, depending on the machine's usage and the oil's service life. Replace hydraulic oil.
　　
Note Turn off the host power. If the machine is in standby mode, it will not be tested for a long time. The changeover switch should be loaded to "shift," because if the changeover switch is in the "rewind" position, the solenoid reversing valve is always energized, affecting the life of the device.

The fixture of the machine should be coated with anti-rust oil and easy to wear; due to the frequent use of hydraulic universal testing machine jaws. Too much scale can easily lead to damage to the small piston, so the jaws should be cleaned regularly and adhere to cleanliness (preferably after every test is done).
　　
Regularly apply a thin layer of MoS2 molybdenum disulfide) grease; the sliding surface of the insert plate that contacts the liner and the dovetail surface of the liner should be kept clean.
　　
3, the control system:
　　
Regularly check the connection of the controller's rear panel for good contact;
　　
Inserting a wrong interface may cause damage to the device; there is a one-to-one correspondence between the interfaces on the controller.
　　
Plugging and unplugging the connectors on the controller must power down the controller.
