4. Features

5. Structure and working process PG crusher is mainly composed of vertical crusher, pipeline connection, electric control box and so on. 7. Electric control
7.1 It is usually manual control. It can also be automatically controlled or PLC interface reserved according to customer needs. The controller is equipped with “open-close/reset-automatic” third gear selection switch: in the “close/reset” file, the crusher should stop running; in the “open” file, the crusher operates; in the “automatic” file, The on/off of the crusher is controlled by the remote controller to start or stop. The crusher will only be reset if the switch selection is reached in the “Off/Reset” file.
7.2 Security Measures
7.2.1 When a jam occurs, the controller will stop the crusher in both open and automatic modes and reverse it to remove obstacles. After the jam is cleared, the controller will resume normal operation. If the jam condition still exists, the controller automatically performs the reversal process within 30 seconds and can execute up to three times. If the jam is still present after three reversals, the controller will cut off the power to the motor and initiate the delay and abnormal status indicators.
7.2.2 If the crusher operates normally and suddenly loses power, the crusher will resume normal operation when the power is restored.
7.2.3 If the crusher stops operating abnormally and suddenly loses power, the abnormal state indicator will start automatically when the power is restored.
7.2.4 The controller provides motor overload protection through an overload protection relay installed on the crusher starter.
7.2.5 Short circuit protection is done by installing an appropriately sized circuit breaker or fuse.
7.2.6 The reset of the controller is controlled by the local switch panel.
8. Performance test
8.1 The protective cover and drive mechanism and the entire machine are assembled and tested at the factory to verify that the machine meets the performance requirements and related standards specified in the design.
8.2 Before shipment, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the quality, specifications, performance, quantity, etc. of the goods.
8.3 Field Performance Test Items
8.3.1 Check the external dimensions and appearance quality.
8.3.2 Noise check: In operation, the noise value is not greater than 76db(A).
8.3.3 The electrical control should be properly wired, neat cables, and safety factors.
8.3.4 The mechanical overload protection device is sensitive and reliable. When overload occurs, an alarm signal is issued and the equipment stops working.
8.3.5 Test running accuracy. The test run of the whole machine should be steady and run continuously for 48 hours. When the equipment is working, the whole machine runs smoothly without any jamming, scratching or abnormal phenomena, and the mechanism is flexible and reliable.
