What is the method of measuring the vertical deformation force of plastic track and field venues?
Plastic track and field venues, vertical deformation testing, is carried out using vertical deformation tester, see figure.
This device must meet the following requirements:
1. The weight of falling weight is 20kg, the allowable error is ± 0.5kg;
2. Spring elongation between 30 and 40N/cm;
3. The diameter of the test platform bottom is 70mm;
4. The distance from the brace to the support center is at least 200mm;
5. Adjust the distance from the bottom of the weight to the top of the spring, the accuracy is less than 1mm;
6. The use of electric lifting device, there must be an amplifier, at least accurate to 0.01mm;
7. Power deformation sensors, mounted on both sides, with amplifiers, accuracy to 0.01mm;
8. The recording device should be able to store data from two sensors, calculate data or display readings (approximately 50 readings per shot).
The tester is a weight of 20kg, which is dropped onto the spring and then transmitted to the lowermost test bench. The test bench has sensors, and the sensor records the increase in the strength of the impact process. The ground deformation capacity was measured by measuring the deformation sensors installed on the left and right sides of the test bench.
The vertical deformation value is between 0.6~1.8mm at a temperature of 10~40 degrees Celsius.
