I started to work in the stationery industry in 2010. I used to be an IT migrant worker. I was curious about getting into the industry. Because of the limited funds, I just added the type and appearance of the goods, which lasted for about a year. During this period, I said the advantages and disadvantages of this model.

So, I thought about making a system to change this bad situation, but I was hesitant. It was mainly because the students at the peak of the hesitation were all rushing in. Can the computer cash register be followed (due to local restrictions, only I can put 2 cash registers. After this kind of concern, I thought of a solution and developed my own software. The functions are as follows:
1. At the peak of the students, use the manual cash register. After each peak period, the cashiers should be sorted out and totaled. After the total is completed, enter the computer.
2. In normal times (no students), use the computer to collect cash, so that in the cashier, at least the maximum control of the clerk to take money privately, can also count the number of purchases, but sales and inventory can not be counted.
This has continued for two years, and the various forms have changed: the old employees are intermittently resigned, and the new employees are familiar with the goods. There is a process that cannot be sold independently for at least 3 months because the goods and prices are not Familiar, so in the peak period of students going to school, it seems to be in a hurry, discounted the speed of selling goods.
At this time, I thought I could change to the all-day computer cash register mode. I went to the market side store to do the investigation. I basically transferred more than ten stores. Only one of them did the computer check-up all day, so I talked with the owner. Some times, the students observed once during the peak period of school. Feel feasible. Just re-complete the software.
So this summer, I decided to renovate the store and use it after the cashier system was perfected. It became a brand new model (the decoration is not mentioned here, the big coffee in the group is too much) So far, the store's cash register system is running normally, basically meeting the peak period of students, even if it is available at the beginning of school.
Specific conditions and precautions
My storefront: use 50 square meters of face price Employees: 5 working modes: 2 shifts, 2 shifts per shift, 5th shift from 12 noon to evening shift mode: noon to school at the peak of school hours, overlapping, that is, the clerk On the computer: 2 sets
Note on cash register software: This kind of software is an invoicing mode, which prevents the clerk from doing the following things.
1Incoming goods: The incoming goods can not be mistaken, especially if you cannot enter negative numbers.
2 Cashier: The refund must be shown at the daily checkout. Must make a small ticket
3 Scanner: Be sure to use (20 lines or more). I used a single line for the first time, and the speed is too slow.
