Shandong Daun developed extrusion foaming TPE

TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) products are difficult to be processed into foam-grade products due to poor melt strength, and it is particularly difficult to extrude foam-grade products. To this end, Shandong Dauneng Beihua Elastomer Materials Co., Ltd. has recently adopted a unique matching system to develop extruded foam grade TPE.
The material can be extruded using a common extruder, making it easy to use. The product has the features of uniform foaming, fine foaming, high foam strength, low cost, and easy processing. Because the formula system adopted by the new product is environmentally friendly, it can be widely used in the food packaging industry, such as wine stoppers, to expand the application of TPE.
