Shrink film easily accumulates in the center column

Solution:

● Choose a sleeve labeling machine with high stability, good adjustment and high tolerance to shrink film size;

● shrink film quality control.

Set labels are not allowed

cause:

● sleeve labeling machine is not adjusted;

● The shrink film has static electricity.

Solution:

● Choose a labeling machine with high stability, good adjustment and low electrostatic interference on the shrink film;

● Strengthen the technical training of operators;

● Use static elimination equipment.

The blade is easy to cut to the center column, causing the blade to break

● The center column has not been correctly installed;

● Shrink film builds up on the center column.

Solution:

● Choose a labeling machine with high stability and shrink film is not easy to accumulate in the center column;

● Select the center column for easy installation, and to tighten the driving column to the center column's sleeve marker. (Some brand's drive pulleys must not clamp the center column and must be loosened to a certain extent before they can be successfully labeled.) If they are relaxed and not clamped, the cutter and the center column will be incorrectly positioned.

Shrink film cut position is not smooth, there are rough edges.

cause:

● shrink film size is greater than the design size of the center column;

● The sharp edge is not sharp;

● The blade level is incorrect.
