UPM launches paper designed for high-speed inkjet printing

UPM (UPM) has recently launched a paper specifically designed for high-speed digital inkjet printing. It is said that this product can provide users with faster ink absorption and lower bleeding.
The paper, UPM Digi, is currently available on digital presses such as Kodak Versamark, IBM InfoPrint 5000, Océ JetStream, and Screen Truepress Jet 520.
In addition, as a 90 g/m2 uncoated paper, UPM Digi is ideally suited for high volume printing of color products. It can be used to print various transaction documents including bills, invoices, and transactional promotional documents or Books and magazines.
According to UPM, UPM Digi has both specifications for sheetfed and web, and it also passes PEFC and FSC Chain of Custody certification.
