CP2000 operation interface (abbreviated as CP below) replaces the original control system CP window operation panel. The originally used CP window and CPC1-04 are combined into a CP console.

The console has a monitor with a touch screen. If you want to operate the console or enter data, simply press the appropriate key symbol on the screen, without a keyboard or mouse. Many types of machines currently available in Heidelberg have a touch screen mounted on the left side of the delivery table.

When the Machine power is turned on, the CP interface is automatically displayed on the center console. It is not possible to turn on the CP alone. There is a machine display (PD) on each feeder (paper feed) and delivery area. Each unit has a control panel for partial operation

The CP console (see Figure 1) is the central control panel used to control the machine. it includes:

Touch screen 1 The operator can input various commands and change various settings of the machine through the screen.
The start panel 2 panel has command buttons for production, parking, paper feeding, etc. (see below).
The ink area adjustment panel 3 sets the amount of ink.
Place the proof platform 4 .

The CP2000 console (Figure 2) includes the following command buttons:

Production start 1 (button is green)
Parking 2 (button is red)
Waste Paper Counter On/Off 3 (When turned on, the key light is on)
Speed ​​up printing 4
Slow down the printing speed 5
Run 6
Paper Feed Open/Close 7 (When turned on, the key light is on)
Paper 8 (When turned on, the button light is on)
Emergency stop 9
Lock control panel (after locking, the button is on)
Paper feeding and delivery are also available with these command buttons (in addition to the lock control panel buttons).

Screens and panels need to be cleaned frequently. When cleaning the screen or panel, domestic cleaning fluid or odorless alcohol can be used. To prevent damage to the screen, prohibit the use of high-concentration cleaning agents. The touch screen can be turned off before cleaning the screen or panel.
