1. What kind of gas do you usually match? Is it gaseous or liquid at normal temperature?
If the standard gas to be prepared is gaseous at normal temperature, we usually choose GDS-D2 or GDS-D4 intelligent dynamic gas distribution system. The biggest advantage of using a gas distribution instrument to prepare standard gas is that it can be continuously diluted with the same concentration of bottled gas to a series of standard gases that you want, saving gas, saving the space and gas cost of gas bottles, and in addition, it is very convenient Prepare some bottled gas that is not easy to prepare, such as NH3, H2SSO2, HCL and other corrosive gases that are easily adsorbed at ppm or ppb levels.
3. Prepare several components of gas? Is there any bottled gas with ready concentration?

The model is: GDS-D2. If you need to prepare more than two components of standard gas, you need to use the GDS-D4 multi-group distribution gas meter. To reversely choose the appropriate concentration of bottled gas, we usually recommend that the dilution ratio used by the customer is about 300: 1. If the standard gas we want to prepare is 100ppmCH4 + N2, according to 300: 1, we recommend to prepare 30000pmm (ie 3%) CH4 standard gas is used as the source standard gas, so that the accuracy of the instrument can meet the requirements of ± 1.5%. Of course, if the customer's accuracy requirements are not very high, the standard gas can be prepared at a dilution ratio of 3000: 1 or greater .
Fourth, how to choose the accessories of the gas distribution system
The main accessories required by the gas distribution instrument are pressure relief valves and bottled gas, and some customers will also require the use of aluminum foil gas bags. For the selection of pressure reducing valve, we suggest to choose a two-stage pressure reducing valve. For non-corrosive gas, use ordinary copper nickel plating and other common pressure reducing valve. For corrosive gas, 316 stainless steel pressure reducing valve must be used. Similarly, For corrosive gas, the bottle valve of the bottled gas should also use stainless steel bottle valve, otherwise it will be dangerous. For the pressure reducing valve, you can choose the ferrule type or the thread type. The input pressure is 0-25MPa and the output pressure is 0-0.6MPa.
