Environmental friendly water-based ink

First, product use:
It is mainly used for waterborne rubber letterpress printing machine. Ordinary type ink is suitable for medium and low speed printing. It is used on white paperboard and kraft paper with strong water absorption. High-grade type can adapt to high speed printing and gravure printing. The printing material can be coated paper and coated paper. Such poor water absorption paper products.

5. The ink is treated specially, no bacteria is grown, no corrosive or Amonia ingredients, no harm to human health.
Third, indicators:
Viscosity: 35-80 seconds/25°C (coating 4# cups)
Fineness: ≤ 20 microns Specific gravity: 1.05-1.5 (normal ink) 1.4 (white ink)
PH value: 8.5-9.5
Fourth, the use of methods and precautions:
1, must be fully mixed before use to ensure the consistency of the internal ingredients;
2. After opening, storage should be covered and sealed immediately to prevent the volatilization and dust from falling.
3, the storage period to avoid exposure to high temperature or sun, normal conditions will not degrade for a year;
4. If a slightly thicker consistency is found, dilute with an appropriate mixture of water and alcohol (1:1);
5, ink printing can not be used in the strong alkaline (such as epoxide base) adhesive cartons, because of easy discoloration, fading;
6. Ink prints such as pink, rose, product blue, and Chonglian color have poor light fastness and are not easy to expose to sunlight;
7. If the customer's printed matter has special requirements for ink (such as resistance to water, frost resistance, abrasion resistance, etc.), please submit to the company.
