CEM microwave technology for the detection of morphine in spoiled biological tissues
[Abstract] In this paper, microwave acid hydrolysis and microwave enzymatic hydrolysis were used to establish a set of methods for detecting morphine in spoiled biological tissues. Compared with the traditional water bath heating hydrolysis, microwave hydrolysis greatly shortens the hydrolysis time, and can fully dissociate morphine and protein. The method has the characteristics of rapidity, high sensitivity, precision and accuracy, and is suitable for the standardized analysis and determination of large-scale spoilage biological test materials. It has been successfully applied to the detection of some cases and achieved good results.
