At check-out, the hotel will destroy the original blank pre-authorization POS list and re-submit the “pre-authorization completion†procedure for checkout. 3. 4. When the customer leaves the store, use cash settlement, use the “pre-authorization cancellation†transaction, cancel the pre-authorization obtained;
5. Keep the purchase receipts in a safe place;
6. When the POS machine cannot be used for “pre-authorization revocationâ€, the written explanation of the pre-authorization (indicating the handling personnel and stamping the financial chapter) will be cancelled by hand together with the original pre-authorized transaction voucher to UnionPay.
