Fourth, the trend of high-end large-scale line to high-speed, wide-range development, which is for sure. The high-end line represents the level of a new generation of carton packaging. Corrugated cardboard is the basis of the carton. With high-grade lines, high-quality cardboard can be processed, and high-quality cartons can be produced through high-end equipment.
The high-end line has only started in China. Now domestic high-end large-scale line, and the international high-end big line is far from the gap. Some people in the packaging industry think that China's carton packaging machinery has reached the international level in the 1990s. Some domestic packaging machinery companies, in order to sell equipment, have also advocated that their equipment level has reached the international level. China's carton enterprises rarely have the opportunity to go abroad for inspections. They do not understand the international equipment. They have listened to the domestic packaging machinery companies blowing and blowing, and they are vague. They seem to believe in non-belief. The corrugated production line has a history of more than a hundred years internationally, and China's corrugated production line has only a history of about a decade. Although China has surpassed the international advanced level, it does not need to be more than a hundred years. But it will not be able to catch up with it in ten years. It is a myth. By relying on domestic equipment or importing one or two pieces of equipment, it is advisable to advocate that the equipment has reached international standards. In the future, China’s high-end and large-scale lines must be developed to international high-end lines. In the future, carton packaging companies are big and small, and “big big” is that the production line is of high grade, fast speed, and wide door width. Foreign high-end lines are all above 300m/min. There is no factory in China that can have a production line of 300m/min or more, and a domestic line of 100m/min is called fast. The 2.5-2.8m wide line has been prevalent in foreign countries, but China has only begun production in recent years. To achieve international high-end, high-speed, wide-range, there must be a difficult process. China's packaging machinery needs a comprehensive transformation. After China's accession to the WTO at the end of this year, foreign packaging machinery will have to come in. This will accelerate the development of packaging machinery in China to a high level. V. The new pattern of the carton industry The four major changes mentioned above will constitute a new pattern of the industry. This new pattern is between large and small enterprises, between foreign and local enterprises, and between large and medium-sized enterprises. In the competition period, this is a knockout contest. The author expects: 2/3 of the production line will be forced to stop and 1/3 will leave development. There are currently 19 production lines in Nanjing. After 2 or 3 years, 5-6 large lines will be left on the top, and the remaining 10 production lines will gradually disappear. After 5 years, the remaining 5-6 large-scale lines will compete for rankings and market competition. Then there will be a stable period. In the next five to five years, the Nanjing Region will dominate the second five-year plan for the new century. The rest of the company is as many as two or three.
The original medium-sized companies were all divided and automatically decentralized to the ranks of small businesses to compete for the top spot. Small enterprises will re-emerge enterprises with high output value, good efficiency, and large scale, such as an annual output value of 30-40 million, but they are still small businesses. Since the experts who engage in cartons know that the cartons are processed products, it is generally said that the paper is moved in, processed into cartons and moved out, or paper, with low added value, and the standards for large, medium, and small enterprises in the future are constantly rising.
There is competition between large enterprises and SMEs and more cooperation. Between large and small companies are interdependent. Large companies are looking for users (large users, high-end product packaging), and self-made cartons will not exceed 70% of total sales. More than 30% will supply cardboard (also known as paper) to many small businesses. Small businesses compete for users with its advantages of flexibility, convenience, locality (relationship), and cheap labor. As long as they have the ability, large users, medium users, and small users can all win, they can meet the requirements of users. In the future, the grade of small-business post-processing equipment will depend on the size of the business. Small businesses with large businesses will go after high-end processing equipment.
