Characteristics: High-viscosity nylon resin for packaging film is a special resin for producing biaxially stretched nylon b film. It has good resistance to cracking and has the advantages of impact resistance, puncture resistance, flexibility, temperature resistance, and gas barrier properties. After years of research, the Institute adopted a two-stage continuous polymerization process. High-viscosity nylon resin synthesis technology for biaxially stretched film was successfully developed on a tubular continuous polymerization apparatus, and nearly 500 tons of high-viscosity nylon resin for packaging film was produced.

Uses: As packaging materials get more and more widely used.

Remarks: The special material has passed the expert appraisal organized by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation. Experts agreed that the successful development of high-viscosity nylon resin for packaging films has filled the domestic gap. Process technology has reached the world advanced level, product performance indicators have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products, fully meet the requirements of domestic users.
