Adjustment of an imprinting device

Under normal circumstances, the roller shoulder iron clearance has been adjusted before leaving the factory. After the machine is installed, it is only necessary to re-check whether it meets the specified value in the manual. When checking the parallelism of the two rollers, select three points on the surface of the roller and measure whether the gap between the rollers is equal to determine the parallelism of the rollers.

For multi-color offset presses with higher configuration, the adjustment of the imprinting device is performed by the console, the thickness of the paper to be printed is input into the computer, and the machine will automatically adjust the center distance between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder. Through a reasonable liner, the network and field trial printing.
Second check the impression roller gripper

First, check whether the roller gripper is on the same plane, and then test the gripping force of the roller gripper. If the gripping force is not consistent, it should be adjusted.

3. Check the transfer position of the delivery tooth and roller gripper

In general, the tip of the delivery tooth should be 0.5 to 1.5 mm away from the edge of the roller. The delivery tooth pad is 0.2 mm higher than the surface of the roller. In addition to the thickness of the paper, the straight line of the tooth pad should be in line with the roller tooth pad The surfaces are parallel, and at the same time, the gripping force of the test delivery paper is the same.

4. Check the hand-over position of the delivery paper tooth at the front rule

For some domestic offset presses, the vacant blocks at both ends of the swing shaft of the delivery tooth should be in contact with the vacant screw at the same time. At this time, the gap between the outgoing cam and the roller should be no more than 0.03mm. For each imported model Check specific models.

5. Determine the height of the iron table

Based on the tooth pads of the paper delivery teeth, the height of the paper feed iron table and the gap between the side and front gauges and the paper feed iron table are adjusted in sequence.

6. Check the delivery time of the roller gripper, paper gripper, front rule and side rule.

For offset presses equipped with dials on the impression cylinder, when checking the transfer time, strictly follow the values ​​specified in the manual.

Ten test and adjustment of remote control device

Most new high-end multi-color offset presses now have a control center. Remotely control the settings of the machine through the control center. 1. 2. Confirmation of the preset of the side gauge: According to the change of the size of the paper, the position of the side gauge should be adjusted accordingly.

3. Pre-setting of the pressure roller of the paper conveying table: After the paper size is input to the remote control station, the brush wheel and the pressure roller on the paper conveying table will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Pre-setting of the paper thickness: when the paper thickness value is input to the remote control station, the machine will automatically (in the stop state) complete the correction of the center distance between the impression cylinder and the blanket cylinder according to the instructions.

5. Pre-setting of the height of the front gauge: When entering three times the thickness of thin paper and twice the thickness of thick paper, the front gauge will automatically adjust the height position according to the instructions of the remote control station.

6. Pre-setting of the paper collection device: when the paper size is input into the remote control station, the paper sorter of the paper collection device and the size of the paper collection board are automatically adjusted in place (in the stop state and the paper collection table is lowered to a certain height ).

7. Adjustment of the multi-diaper and less-diaper device: when more or less gripper is needed in the proofreading, only need to operate on the remote control station, according to the instructions issued by the remote control station, check whether the size and direction of the picture and text are made on the paper Change and confirm.

8. Pre-setting of ink remote control: Set the width of the ink ribbon and the thickness of the ink film according to the area of ​​the graphic and the thickness of the ink layer. The action response must be fast and accurate.

9. Pre-setting of wetting device: According to the command input from the remote control station, the wetting device will automatically be in the state of water-ink separation or water-ink combination, and adjust the amount of water supply according to the input command.
