Arrangement of three attachments

The distribution box of the offset printing machine is generally installed on the transmission side of the machine near the paper feeder, so that the path of the circuit is the shortest. The computer table is placed on the paper receiving part near the transmission surface. This arrangement is conducive to the direction of the wires of the computer console. The vertical cabinet water tank and vertical cabinet central air pump are placed in the center of the machine transmission surface, which is conducive to the installation of the air pipe and wiring. The automatic or semi-automatic plate bending machine is best placed near the computer table. Before the new printing plate is put on the machine, the ink level is pre-adjusted on the computer table, then the plate is bent, and finally the machine is put on. This arrangement is more reasonable. Four foundation preparations

Offset presses belong to the category of precision instruments in terms of equipment installation accuracy requirements, and have higher requirements on floor bearing capacity and flatness. The quality of the floor foundation directly affects the equipment installation accuracy, product quality and equipment service life. The standard configuration of the four-color machine weighs about 30 to 35 tons, the bearing capacity of the foundation (dynamic load factor 1.2) should not be less than 25 kPa, and the ground flatness error should not be greater than five ten thousandths.

In the early stage of foundation preparation, the foundation soil quality of the storage equipment needs to be inspected. If there are conditions, the exploration department should be asked to analyze the soil quality and provide comments. For areas with loose soil, compaction grouting and grouting can be used. The specific construction plan depends on the soil quality.

The usual construction method for places with better soil quality is: dig out a 600 mm layer of soil at the location where the equipment is stored, first lay a layer of stones, then tie two layers of steel on it, and pour 500 mm thick concrete (concrete label C25) and then do the cover layer and water mill layer (Figure 10-1).

After the concrete is poured, a certain curing period is required. The time depends on the concrete label and the climate. The general time is 21 to 30 days. When pouring foundations, cable trenches, pre-buried pipelines and oil drainage trenches should also be taken into account to avoid re-excavation or unnecessary open lines. If there are steam hammers, air compressors or other equipment with vibration impact on the foundation near the workshop, add anti-vibration grooves around the foundation. Generally, the anti-vibration groove is about 100 mm wide and the same depth as the foundation, filled with sawdust or white ballast.

Five preparatory work before installation

Before installing the offset press, we must make the necessary preliminary preparations, mainly in the following aspects, taking the sheet-fed offset press as an example:
1. Power supply: proceed according to the power determined by the installation instructions. If the multi-color offset press uses electric heating, UV (ultraviolet), IR (infrared) drying devices, the power consumption required will be designed separately. The specific data should be arranged according to the reference data provided in the instruction manual, and Meet the safety requirements of electrical appliances.

2. The location of the distribution box: it should be close to the entrance of the electrical control box of the offset press, and at the same time, safety, power supply and separation, and convenient maintenance should also be considered. Set in the electric box: fuse plug and fuse holder, air switch, lighting switch, low voltage lamp, power supply, single-phase power supply, etc. The fuse current value of the fuse plug should be determined according to the power of the electrical device.

3. The work of pre-buried pipes: This is a very important work. Generally speaking, the control box of offset printing is mostly placed on the transmission surface of the paper conveyor. When making the foundation, the pipes are pre-buried. The steel pipe should be selected according to the wire diameter. The cross-section and the number are determined.

4. Auxiliary device: lighting needs to have sufficient brightness; proper ventilation and ventilation fans should be arranged for ventilation to keep the workshop air discharged; low-pressure lamps should generally be equipped with sockets according to actual needs, and the air conditioner should arrange central air conditioning or several units according to the area of ​​the plant Body air conditioning.

5. Pre-embedded water supply pipe and drain pipe: For multi-color offset presses, the general water supply outlet is on the transmission surface (outward), the water consumption is not large, and the steel pipe with a diameter of 18 mm or 12.5 mm can be used for water supply. However, it is necessary to ensure continuous water. Once the water cut-off time is too long, it will cause the failure of the freezing system of the wetting system, resulting in water shortage and water temperature rise, which directly affects the quality of the product. The diameter of the drain pipe is not less than 32 mm. When doing the foundation construction, the rationality of the pre-buried supply and drain pipes must also be considered.
