(i) Personnel

(c) Materials
1, the required materials:
Base oil PJT-190
Adhesive PJT-194
Plastic spray material PJT-195
Color paste, line paint, etc.
Black rubber particles 1-3mm
Red EPDM particle 0.5-1.5mm
2, material ratio:
(1) Primary treatment material: PJT-190;
(2) Substrate: Use a professional mixer to mix the slurry with the adhesive and black rubber particles in a ratio of 1:4;
(3) Compact layer: fill it with PJT-190+ filler;
(4) Surface spray coating: The surface material (PJT194: PJT195=2:1 is mixed) is mixed with EPDM powder and EPDM particles in a mixing ratio of 1:5:0.25.
3, material packaging, stacking and precautions:
(1) Bulk liquid materials are stacked on both sides of the runway in the parallel direction of the local prevailing wind direction of the construction season. The PJT-194 is packed in 200kg vats and is stacked vertically in a single layer. The pJT-190 and PJT-195 are used for piling. All are stacked in 30kg or 15kg keg, and the stacking height cannot be higher than 2 stories.
(2) The solvent used for dilution is generally packed in 170kg vats or packed in 15kg kegs, concentrated in a dedicated area and sent to special persons for management.
(3) Solid materials such as EPDM rubber particles and black rubber particles are piled on both sides of the runway in the parallel direction of the local prevailing wind direction at the time of the construction. The stacking force shall be firm and not loosened, and be covered with a waterproof stripe to avoid moisture.
(4) The construction tools are stacked on the side of the runway, and the power supply side adopts the special distribution box for construction and the “three-phase five-wire system†for safe connection.
(5) Machines are specially operated by qualified personnel. Special attention should be paid to personnel safety during operation.
(6) The ratio of materials is strictly controlled by the company's professionals and it is poundable at any time.
(7) The material should be stirred for more than 1 minute per barrel and thoroughly mixed.
