(1) The display is normal, the setting is normal, and the heating cannot be performed.
Solution to the fault: turn on the power, turn on the power switch, adjust the set temperature higher than the actual measured temperature, check the temperature controller for output indication, if there is voltage input to the heating tube, if the heating tube is broken, replace it Yes, there is no voltage input to the heating tube, and most of them are faulty relays. If the temperature controller has no voltage output indication, it is recommended to replace the temperature controller.
(2) The temperature controller displays LLL or 999 (the parameters vary according to the manufacturer)
The fault is the open or short circuit of the temperature sensor, just replace the sensor.

1. Clean the instrument immediately after each use. Put the water in the water bath clean, use a brush to brush off the coarse debris in the water bath, and clear the pot. Wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the water bath with a soft cloth, then wipe dry with a cleaning cloth.
2. There should be no water droplets on the inner surface of the equipment, and the outer surface of the equipment should be bright and tidy, without stains.
3. When using the water bath, it must be reliably grounded, and water should not overflow into the control box.
4. Do not have water or the water level is lower than the electric heating tube in the water bath to prevent the electric heating tube from bursting.
5. Carry out maintenance inspection of the instrument once a month, and fill in the maintenance records in time.
