Boot operation:
1. Turn on the power cord and check to see if the main power indicator is blinking. The flashing indicates that the power is on.
2. Press the “Total Power†key for three seconds. At this time, the “Cold Trap Temperature†display window starts to display the cold trap temperature and release this button.
3. Press the "refrigerator" switch key, the chiller starts to run, and the chiller temperature gradually decreases. In order for the cold trap to have sufficient ability to adsorb moisture, the pre-cooling time should be no less than 30 minutes.
4. Press the “Vacuum Meter†to open the key. At this time, the vacuum digital display is “110†and the “103†indicator lights.
5. After the pre-cooling is finished, place the prepared items to be dried in a drying tray, cover the plexiglass cylinder, and tighten the inflation valve and the drain valve (on the right side panel) clockwise.
6. Press the “vacuum pump†to open the key, the vacuum pump starts working, the digital display drops below 20Pa, and the freeze-drying process begins. Note: When the vacuum pump starts working, press down on the plexiglass cover for a while, which is good for sealing.
7. Multi-manifold type should first close the rubber valve (put the valve core up), and when the vacuum reaches 20Pa or less, insert the freeze-dried bottle that has been pre-frozen into the lower interface of the rubber valve and rotate the plastic valve core down 180 degree. Note: At this time, the vacuum gauge will rebound, and the next bottle should be installed when the vacuum reaches 20Pa.
