Andrea Felice is a master of bespoke furniture, known for combining traditional joinery techniques with modern design. He creates everything from striking freestanding sculptures to custom-made wardrobes and kitchens, always pushing the boundaries of what furniture can be.
Born and raised in Montegnacco, Italy, Andrea’s connection to woodworking runs deep in his blood. His grandfather, Riccardo Felice, was a renowned baroque carver, and his father, Enzo Felice, was a skilled furniture maker and former professor of cabinet making. This heritage shaped his artistic identity from an early age.
Andrea recalls: “I initially pursued industrial design at ITI A Malignani Udine, but my roots in woodworking pulled me back. I began carving and eventually transitioned into furniture making. In 1997, I moved to London and worked with some of the top names in the industry, crafting pieces for celebrities and high-profile clients. In 2000, I founded AF Designs, which has since grown and evolved through several locations, including Parkhall Studios in West Dulwich.â€
Over the years, Andrea has crafted a series of limited edition pieces that showcase his full creative vision. These works often combine different materials and blend opulence with contemporary aesthetics, making them highly sought after by collectors and design enthusiasts alike.
