The problem is that the development time must be based on the understanding of the developer concentration and temperature, so that the development time is tolerant. Degrees can make up for the above two non-standard. It is well-known that the proper concentration of the developer is high and the temperature is high, the development time should be reduced. The other changes are also the same. In short. The developer concentration, temperature, and development time complement each other, and the change must be mastered by the printer. However, it must be pointed out that this mastery is passive. If you want to use the PS version correctly, it is recommended to strictly follow the temperature provided by the manufacturer. The baking version should use high-quality baking glue. The baking temperature should be 220-240°C. The baking time is about 5-10 minutes.
9, storage and unsealing: light, heat easy to make chemical changes in the coating. The recommended storage conditions are 10-30°C and the relative humidity is not more than 60%. Kaifeng should be carried out under yellow light; it is advisable that the room should be protected from natural light, and the light sources other than the printing plate light source should be yellow light.
