Polyvinyl acetate latex and copolymer rubber

1 Polyvinyl acetate emulsion glue Most polyvinyl acetate glues are emulsion type, and polyvinyl acetate copolymer emulsion glue is the most important species.
Emulsion adhesives use polyethylene as a protective colloid and thickener to increase the wet stickiness and surface adhesion of the emulsion. The amount of polyvinyl ester is 4-5%. Thickened emulsions with polyvinyl ester have very good thixotropy. Its molecular weight and degree of hydrolysis have a great influence on the water resistance of the film. When the degree of hydrolysis of 87-88% polyvinyl ester is used as a protective colloid, the resulting film can be dispersed with water.
Thickeners can also be used methyl cellulose, starch, polyacrylates and the like.
Solvents such as chloroalkanes. Post-aromatic esters can increase the consistency and viscosity and lower the film formation temperature.
Plasticizers such as dibutylphthalate can increase the flexibility and water resistance of the film.
Defoamers use ester compounds such as silicone oil, preservatives such as formaldehyde and phenol.

Polyvinyl acetate emulsion glue is suitable for porous materials, such as wood, paper products and other cellulosic materials. It is widely used in construction, carpentry, packaging and binding industries.
Emulsion adhesive curing mechanism: The water in the emulsion penetrates into the porous material and gradually volatilizes to increase the concentration of the emulsion. The surface tension causes the polymer to precipitate. If the ambient temperature is very low, the polymer becomes discontinuous particles, so that the bonding strength is not obtained; the minimum film forming temperature of the polyvinyl acetate emulsion without the plasticizer is 20Z. Plasticizers can lower the minimum film formation temperature.
2 Polyvinyl acetate solution glue solution has excellent bonding strength to non-polar surfaces, with high transparency but low strength and poor heat resistance.
3 Polyvinyl acetate copolymer glue formula: GBM-300 cis-acetic acid copolymer emulsion (also GBM-40#, DBM-30#) is made of dibutyl maleate and vinyl acetate and other components, curing conditions: 20Z, 24h; mainly used for bonding of wood, paper and wireless book binding.

Nail Polish is removed by Nail Polish Remover, which is an organic solvent, but it may also include oils, scents and colors. A bottle of liquid remover can be used with a cotton ball or a cotton pad to remove the old polish.

The most common nail polish remover contains acetone which is powerful and effective, but it is not good for the skin and nails. So in our nail polish remover, we use ethyl acetate rather than acetone, that is Non-Acetone Nail Polish Remover. Ethyl acetate is also the solvent used in nail polish. Use the non-acetone nail polish remover to protect your nails, choose Midie Cosmetics!
