1. The trapping glue is a monomeric glue with a monomer and a free radical. After contact with the metal, the radical causes the monomer to polymerize and is easily cured to form a tough material having a shear strength of 20 MPa or more. It is resistant to impact, corrosion and sealing.
2. The construction of steel drum trapping is extremely convenient. Spray the cleaning agent at the determined leak point first, so that it completely penetrates into the leak point. After 1 to 2 minutes, the trace of the detergent disappears. Then, the glue is dropped into the leaking point, so that the slit of about 40 mm on both sides of the leaking point is filled with the glue. After shaking a few barrels, let the barrel and glue flow into the direction of the leak, and let each other face. It can be cured by standing at room temperature for 20 hours. Construction operations are carried out at room temperature. The workpiece does not need to be heated. The workpiece does not need to be baked and dried after sizing. No traces are left at the leak point after curing.
3. The glue is easy to store. After the cover is opened, the storage period can still be up to three months and can be used at any time. The storage temperature is not lower than 0 °C.
4. Note the following points when using this glue to trap:
1 The glue is only suitable for partial leakage of the bead and weld. Cracks in joints, severe iron tongues, shape defects, holes, holes and cracks formed by grinding discs or hard injuries are ineffective.
2 Before sizing, remove the leaks and 40mm of dirt nearby, such as spilled rubber pellets and paint from the steel barrel sealant.
8 When sizing, pay special attention to the leak and no water or oil around it. The workpiece must be kept dry. Do not apply glue immediately after the air tightness test.
4 Find the leak point of the quasi-bucket, the mark should be clear, and the application should be aligned with the leak point.
5 The amount of glue should not be too much. Do not spray excess detergent.
6 The ambient temperature of the sizing should generally not be lower than 10 °C. Under special circumstances, it can be applied in an environment not lower than 0 °C, but the drying time must be more than 24 hours.
7 After sizing and drying, it must be tested with a pressure of 10% (ie 33 kPa) higher than the pressure test value specified by the national standard of 30 kPa. It is considered to be qualified without leakage. Responsible for the user.
