The fan power supply connection is incorrect. The air purification project makes the fan reverse or the fan belt is loose to make it unable to reach the rated speed, resulting in the fan output air volume not reaching the rated value.
Due to the rough processing and installation, the air-conditioning box, air duct, soft connection, flange connection and clean room enclosure structure are poorly airtight, which causes the system to lose a lot of air volume, resulting in insufficient air supply.
Improper valve adjustment in the system
The valve failed to open or open enough. The reason is that the valve is not locked by the lock nut after the valve is opened. The valve is closed by the cocking and the valve switch mark indicates wrong or no mark, causing the valve to close and mistakenly open.
Insufficient fresh air
Due to the narrow air outlet, the blockage of the fresh air vent and the small opening of the fresh air valve, the supply of fresh air is insufficient, so that the air loss caused by local exhaust and maintenance positive pressure is not compensated in time, and the air volume is insufficient.
Inappropriate fan selection
The purification air conditioning system is different from the ordinary commercial air conditioning system. It filters the air through the primary effect, medium efficiency and effective three-stage filter to achieve the purpose of purifying the air. Because of the three-stage filtration, the system resistance is inevitably large. At the same time, as the use time is extended, the resistance value will increase. Table 1 lists the initial resistance and final resistance values ​​of several types of domestic three-stage filters. It is not difficult to see from the table that the air conditioning system is cleaned. Only the sum of the final resistances of the three-stage filter can reach 600_700Pa. It is found in the inspection that some units directly use commercial constant temperature and humidity units (such as LH48, L50, etc.) to supply air, and the residual pressure outside the machine is only 300-500Pa. The demand for purifying the air conditioning system cannot be met, so that the actual air supply volume of the system is much lower than the designed air supply volume. Table 2 lists the processing air volume and the residual pressure of several domestic commercial constant temperature and humidity units. Obviously, the residual pressure of these units is unable to meet the requirements of the purification air conditioning system. The clean air-conditioning system uses two L50-type constant temperature and humidity units in parallel. Each rated air supply is 10000mVh, and the residual pressure outside the machine is 300-500Pa. Because the fan head is low, the air supply volume is only 8130mVh. Its operating costs have been greatly improved, resulting in unnecessary waste.
