Scientists in the United States have discovered a method that uses plasma vapor deposition to form a soft polyester film on a plastic bottle that keeps the food contained in the bottle fresh. The plastic surface coating can reduce oxygen by more than 10%, the coating is similar to quartz, and the thickness is less than 3mm, and the plastic bottle does not need special treatment when recycled.
