Bogomar, Italy develops a new filling machine

Procomac of Italy has newly developed CXFillstar container back pressure electronic filling machine. The machine is developed on the basis of the principle of electromagnetic flowmeters. It can handle a variety of different specifications of bottles and products with high operational safety. The filling valve of the CX Fillstar filling machine can handle a variety of clear liquid products or liquid products with pulp and food fibers. The machine can use pneumatic control valves to complete multiple filling operations. All operating parameters can be stored and extracted on the operation screen in front of the unit. CX Fillstar is equipped with an external modelling device at each filling valve for flexible insertion and removal of model bottles. The device can be used for CIP cleaning with 121°C hot water. When changing bottle specifications, it can be operated without stopping. (Packaging newspaper)
