The cause of pleats is mainly due to the short cycle time and poor stability of the paper, and it is easy to produce flounces and tight edges. The solution is: if the product needs to be printed by a single-sided machine, the double-sided offset press is used to double-face the paper and press it horizontally. After the paper is flattened on both sides of the paper, the stability of the paper is enhanced, and then the paper is printed on the single-sided printing press.
