The homeowners wanted a space that felt modern yet warm, blending contemporary elements with a touch of vintage charm. This was achieved through the thoughtful use of mid-century furniture from the owner’s private collection, such as a neoclassical chest in the reading nook, which pairs beautifully with an Eames armchair and footrest.
The Sinatra floor lamp adds a refined touch, enhancing the elegance and simplicity of the space. Its subtle design complements the overall aesthetic without overpowering it.
Every detail of this project was carefully considered—from the choice of materials and finishes to the selection of furniture and lighting. The house is a single-level structure featuring clean lines and open spaces, enhanced by striking lighting fixtures that bring the design to life.
The dining area features a set of chairs passed down through the family, paired perfectly with a golden ironwood table designed by Spacemarkers. This combination brings both warmth and sophistication to the space.
The Coltrane Pendant Lamp, designed by DelightFULL, stands out with its minimalist design and black-and-gold finish. It serves not only as a functional light source but also as a sculptural piece that enhances the room's aesthetics.
The game and cinema room opens into the living area, where a Veuve Clicquot snooker table and the Duke Suspension Lamp by DelightFULL create a dramatic and inviting atmosphere. The lamp adds a sense of scale and grandeur to the space.
