Today, we're diving into a stunning interior design project by the Lisbon-based atelier Spacemarkers. Founded in 2005 by Ana Proença and Célia Mestre, this creative studio has been delivering exceptional design solutions for residential and commercial spaces. The homeowners wanted a space that felt contemporary but also carried a sense of history. This was achieved through the thoughtful integration of mid-century furniture from their personal collection, such as a neoclassical chest in the reading nook, which pairs beautifully with an Eames armchair and footrest.
The Sinatra floor lamp is a standout piece in the room, adding both elegance and subtle illumination that enhances the overall atmosphere.
Every detail of this project was carefully considered, from the choice of materials to the lighting and furniture. The house features a single-floor layout with clean lines and open spaces, making it feel light and airy. It's a perfect example of how modern architecture can be both functional and visually striking.
The dining area features a set of family heirloom chairs paired with a custom-designed Dining Table. The golden structure and ironwood finish add a touch of luxury, while the design itself reflects the atelier’s attention to detail.
The Coltrane pendant lamp, designed by DelightFULL, is a minimalist yet bold addition to the space. Its black and gold finish makes it not just a functional light source, but also a sculptural element that elevates the room.
The game and media room flows seamlessly into the living area, where a Veuve Clicquot snooker table and a Duke suspension lamp by DelightFULL create a dramatic and stylish focal point.
