If the ink is not well-mixed, the quality of the printed matter after the opening and the normal operation will be different. In printing, the ink moves repeatedly and is constantly rubbed against the plate surface, which causes the viscosity of the ink structure to change, which has an important influence on the transfer of the ink to the substrate. In addition, during printing, the plate is subjected to the pressure of the squeegee and forms a linear contact with the substrate. The ink penetrates the substrate through the mesh through the squeegee pressure. When the plate is separated from the substrate, the plate is transferred to the substrate. The ink and the ink adhered to the surface of the mesh split, and this split has a great influence on the quality of the product.
