Kwik Trip caps to ensure the tightness of milk plastic barrels

Kwik Trip processes all of Nature's Touch-brand milk, juices, juices, and bottled water products before packaging. Kwik Trip uses a standard 38mm, high-density polyethylene twist-on cap/screw cap for large-capacity high-density polyethylene milk bottles, but this type of cap is not suitable for marketing.

After discussion, the company decided to cooperate with Portola Packaging to develop a screw cap that includes a pull-out ring-shaped plastic sealing film inside the cap. Consumers can remove the cap without rotating the cap. The cap is removed. Afterwards, the internal pull-out ring plastic sealing film is placed at the mouth of the bottle, and the consumer pulls the ring-shaped film and removes it. This bottle cap has a good seal, and it is anti-theft. The cost of this kind of lid is lower than the cost of the aluminum foil sealing cap. At the same time, we do not need to purchase any special sealing equipment and apply it to our half-gallon bottle. The film is molded into a just-fit lid, which is also suitable for our existing cap production device. According to Kwik Trip's survey, 80% of consumers choose this new type of bottle cap. Consumers believe that the packaged product with this sealed cap is relatively new. Therefore, Kwik Trip is using this new Portola capping equipment to process high-density polyethylene milk bottles with a capacity of 1 gallon and above. This device is easy to switch production and can process 1 pint, 20 ounce polyester bottle closures. Due to its filling speed, Kwik Trip can process 55 1-gallon bottles per minute. If we decide to improve the filling speed, the production of this new type of sealing cap can be made faster. We are very satisfied with the Portola sealing lid and its production equipment.
