The recycling and use of wood packaging wastes are usually recycled, mechanically or chemically treated.

1. Recycling and reuse of wood packaging

Recycling and reuse of wood packaging is the centralized recycling of waste wood packaging, and then returned to the manufacturer for the original product packaging method. This kind of recycling and reuse has three methods: fixed-point long-term supply, fixed-point timing recovery, and export bilateral agreement. Fixed-point long-term supply is suitable for manufacturers who provide products to other regions for a long time. Fixed-point timing recovery is suitable for product packaging with large circulation of goods and short circulation distance. The bilateral agreement on export is applicable to the packaging of export products through the establishment of certain bilateral agreements for packaging and recycling, so that used wood packaging can be recycled in transnational circulation.

2. Mechanical or chemical treatment of wood packaging

Using mechanical or chemical treatment methods, waste wood packaging can be used to manufacture products such as flooring, fiberboard, self-lubricating materials, and amino wood.

The blanks are sent to a compression chamber and heated and pressed to re-arrange the polymers. The active material sinks on the surface of the particles and combines with lignin to form a monolithic material to obtain the desired properties. Using the chemical activity of the chemical components contained in the wood, the wood packaging recovered can be chemically modified to produce amino wood. Under normal temperature and low pressure, the wood is reacted with ammonia solution or heated gaseous ammonia and pressed at a pressure of 100 to 300 kg/cm2 to obtain amino wood. This is an excellent new type of material with low production cost, strong resistance to biochemical corrosion, strength not only better than all wood, but also higher than bronze, and the price is only 1/10 of that of bronze. In addition, amino wood also has excellent milling, sawing, planing, cutting and other processing performance, not only for the production of parquet flooring and furniture, but also for the production of musical instruments, sports equipment, bushings, bearings, gears and so on.

5 Preparation of molded products and modified polyvinyl alcohol plastic wood

The recovered wood packaging removes nails and other debris, and is made into sawdust, and then the dry sawdust is mixed with a certain amount of urea formaldehyde resin and a small amount of auxiliary agent ferric chloride, paraffin, etc., pre-pressed, hot-pressed, and filled in The prefabricated billet is once hot-pressed and the surface of the finished product is smooth and smooth, and can be sprayed directly for the production of watch cases, furniture and certain handicrafts.

If the above sawdust is mixed with polyvinyl alcohol, aggregating agent, epoxy resin and curing agent, plastic wood products can be made. Polyvinyl alcohol has good processing properties and wear, oil resistance, pressure resistance, toughness and other characteristics, but also has the bakelite high-strength wear and other physical properties.
