The composition and function of the baler

The baler consists of two parts: the baler body and the wire library (Wire Maga2zine).

The line library part is provided by the foreign party for drawing, domestic manufacture, and the structure is relatively simple, which is not detailed here. The following baler refers to the baler body. The lead frame of the baler is composed of 4 sets of wire devices installed on a frame. The entire wire frame is suspended on a central axis of a 2# compression frame and moves horizontally relative to the 2# compression frame under the action of a hydraulic motor. The #2 compression frame is a welded component with a wheel at the bottom and horizontal movement along the main rail when pushed by the hydraulic cylinder. The lifting platform is mainly composed of two horizontal beams bolted together. The lifting platform can move up and down in the vertical direction under the push of two hydraulic cylinders.

The 1# press frame is similar to the 2# press frame structure, but it has 4 packing heads and 1 feeding device on it. Packing heads (4 in total) are the most complex components and the most interlocked components in the entire device structure. Each package head has the same structure and is interchangeable. There are 4 sets of feeding devices, one for each packing head, and each set includes the packing line conveying device and the packing line anti-tensioning device. The main rail seat is mainly composed of two wear-resistant rails on the surface. The compression frame wheels are guided along the outside of the two tracks and the hydraulic cylinders that push the compression frame are arranged therein. In addition, there is a complete hydraulic station in addition to the mechanical components. As can be seen from the above description, the movement of the baler by various fluids is accomplished by fluid power.
