Recycling can save costs

The plastic bottle recycling cycle plan has always been considered impossible, but the British plastic recycling program RECOUP challenges this idea.

According to the latest statistics, the United Kingdom spends a lot of time collecting and processing various plastic bottles, which can be recycled and reused. In the recycling industry, the value of these plastic bottles is about 1.4 times the processing cost.

According to Recoup, current plastic bottle recycling devices do not guarantee sufficient supply of materials, but also have to pay a certain amount of money to buy unsorted bottles. In addition, more than 90% of the 470,000 tons of plastic bottles used in the United States each year are piled up in garbage dumps, and these materials will be more expensive to handle as waste disposal costs increase.

Recoup believes that the more reasonable expenses now needed will help recycle plastic bottles and reduce people's dependence on waste disposal.

Andrew Simmons, Chief Executive Officer of the Recoup Program, said: "The actual problem is not that we cannot afford to collect money - the key issue is that these materials have been sent to the wrong place."
