Turning stones into gold, turning waste into treasure will soon become a reality. According to the "Tenth Five-Year Development Plan for the Recycling of Renewable Resources," recently released by the State Economic and Trade Commission, it is expected that by 2005, the total value of China' s renewable resources will be worth more than 55 billion yuan.
