Through the secondary bridge rectification of the welding power source, the precise control of the welding current can be further realized, the welding quality and the welding speed can be greatly improved, and the semi-automatic to fully automatic transformation can be completed at the lowest cost. The application of DC welding, although increasing the cost of automation, greatly reduces the power consumption of the equipment, is one of the most practical development direction.
