Basic knowledge of woodwork paint

In the process of decoration of the living room, the paint of wood products is an important construction link, and the quality of the paint application has an important influence on the overall effect of the room. Here are a few common paints and their application methods:
1. Nitro lacquer, including nitro varnish, nitro matt varnish, nitro paint (mixed lacquer), etc.
Second, alkyd paint, including alkyd varnish, alkyd paint (mixed paint).
Nitrocellulose lacquer is a paint type commonly used by customers, and the surface texture is better. Nitrocellulose paints and alkyd paints cannot be mixed. In the decoration, the varnish and the blending paint are basically the same.
(1) Firstly, put the putty on the surface of the application, and after the putty is dried, sand the sanding and leveling, and brush the first paint (primer).
(2) After grinding the sandpaper for the second time, brush the paint twice and polish it with sandpaper. By analogy, the varnish is applied at least 7-8 times; the blend paint is applied at least 4-5 times.
(3) "varnish grinding back" is the highest requirement for varnish application, and the price is relatively high. At least 20 times should be applied. After brushing to the fifth or sixth time, sandpaper is sanded and polished to cotton.
In addition, varnishes and blending lacquers have some differences in the overall decoration process.
The application of varnish is completed in two parts: after the woodwork closes, the primer is applied twice to prevent the dust from invading the wood grain during the construction of other projects, and the rest is applied after all other projects are completed.
Because of its strong coverage, the blending paint is applied when all the items are basically completed.
