Fault 1: The model does not stick to the 3D printer workbench
1. The nozzle is too far away from the table. Adjust the distance between the table and the nozzle so that the distance can pass through a thin business card thickness.
2. The workbench temperature is too high or too low. The temperature of the ABS printing table should be around 110 °C, and the temperature of the PLA printing table should be stable at around 70 °C.
3, printing consumables problem, change the consumables suppliers supply materials, the printing supplies produced by various consumables manufacturers are uneven, so you can try to replace the printing materials to try.
4, printing ABS is generally attached to the high temperature film on the workbench, printing PLA is generally affixed with textured paper on the workbench.
(After pasting the textured paper, printing the PLA model will cause the model to be difficult to remove the problem. You can print the model and then heat the printing platform to 100 °C to get some.)
Fault 2: 3D printer nozzle does not produce silk
1. Check the 3D printer wire feed motor. Warming the wire, gear wire feeding to observe whether the gear rotation is normal, the stepper motor wire observes whether the motor vibrates slightly and sends a working noise when the wire is fed. If there is any, it means that the motor wire is connected incorrectly and the middle two lines need to be adjusted. If not, check that the wire feeder and its motherboard are wired properly. Incomplete and timely maintenance.
2. Check the printing supplies temperature. The ABS print nozzle temperature is between 210 °C and 230 °C, and the PLA print nozzle temperature is between 195 °C and 220 °C.
3. Check if the nozzle of the 3D printer is plugged. The nozzle temperature is heated, the ABS is heated to 230 ° C, and the PLA is heated to 220 ° C. After the wire is good, the hand is slightly pushed by hand to see if the nozzle is out of the wire. If the wire is discharged, the nozzle has no plug. If the wire is not produced, the nozzle is removed. Clean up the nozzle or replace the nozzle.
4. Is the 3D printer table close to the nozzle? If the table is closer to the nozzle, the table extrusion nozzle cannot be threaded. Adjust the distance between the nozzle tables, the distance is just enough to put down a thin card thickness.
Fault three: 3D printing model misplacement
1. The slice model is wrong. The most common software used today is Cura and Repetier. Most of them are open source, so the stability of the software can not guarantee the professionalism, and each design model diagram is not necessarily perfect for the software, so the print misplacement first model map does not change, the model map is re-sliced, the model moves The location is also good, let the software regenerate GCode print.
2. Model drawing problems. After the misplacement of the slice, the model is still misplaced, and the model diagram experiment that was successfully printed before is replaced. If there is no error, re-drawing the drawing.
3. The nozzle is forcibly blocked in the middle of printing. The first moving nozzle cannot be touched by hand during printing. Secondly, if the model map prints the uppermost layer with the negative distortion, the next time the printing will repeat the increase of the engraving, a certain degree of hardening of the anomaly will prevent the nozzle from moving normally, causing the motor to lose position and cause misalignment.
4. The voltage is unstable. When printing misalignment, observe whether it is a high-power electric appliance such as an air conditioner. When some of the electric appliances are turned off, the printing is misplaced. If there is, the printing power supply plus the voltage stabilizing device. If not, observe whether the print misplacement is blocked every time the nozzle goes to the same point, and the nozzle is misaligned after the card is stuck. Generally, the X, Y, and Z axis voltages are uneven, and the X, Y, and Z axis currents on the main board are adjusted to pass. The triaxial current is substantially uniform.
5, the motherboard problem. The above problems can not solve the misplacement, and the most common is to print any model with the same height misplacement, replace the motherboard.
