Fully physically recycled processing technology and equipment for waste printed circuit boards and waste cables

working principle:

In the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs), there will always be scrapping and trimming of the borders. If it is disposed of as garbage, it will have an impact on environmental protection. Since printed circuit boards contain both metals and nonmetals, of which the metals are mainly copper, they all have reusable value. Based on the above conditions, we have developed the production equipment. The basic principle is: through the secondary mechanical crushing, the PCB board becomes a mixed powder of metal and non-metal, and then the air is separated from the metal and non-metallic powder by air separation technology. The entire process is realized on a single production line, and it is fully enclosed and does not produce any pollution during production. Recovered metal copper and glass fiber can be reused. At the same time, the theory of this technology was partially published by the 8th World Conference on Printed Circuit Electronics as a conference speech (ECWC8). In April 2000, the International Symposium on Printed Circuits in China was the only Chinese paper to be delivered. This technology and equipment have established the first industrialized production line for Taiwan Huatong Computer Company.

The total power of the production line is 100Kw, the processing capacity is 300Kg/h, the copper content of the printed circuit board is about 15%, and there are 5 operators.

(1) Estimated output value (calculated for 300 days a year, calculated as 8 hours a day)

(a) Annual output of copper:

300×8×300×15%=108 (tons)

Copper is calculated at 15,000 yuan/ton, the annual copper production is:

108×1.5=162 (ten thousand yuan)

(b) Annual output of glass fiber powder: 300×8×300×85%=612 (tons)

The glass fiber is calculated as 1000 yuan/ton, the annual non-metallic material value is:
612×0.1=61.2 (ten thousand yuan)

(c) The annual output value is: 162+61.2=223.2 (ten thousand yuan)

(2) Cost Estimate

(a) Annual electricity consumption (electricity fee is calculated as 0.6 yuan/degree):

100×300×8×0.6=14.4 (ten thousand yuan)

(b) Labor costs

2000 (yuan/person, month)×12×5=12 (ten thousand yuan)

(c) Equipment depreciation (by 10% depreciation), approximately:
110×10%=11 (ten thousand yuan)
(d) Maintenance fee: about 50,000 yuan

(e) Waste Printed Circuit Board Acquisition Fees:

300×8×300×0.05=36 (ten thousand yuan)

(f) Total:

14.4+12+11+5+36=78.4 (ten thousand yuan)

(3) Gross profit: 223.2-78.4=144.8 (ten thousand yuan)

If the throughput of aaaa is 500Kg/h, the total power of the production line is about 140Kw, and the operator will calculate the cost of 7 people. The equipment price is

150 million. According to the above method, the gross profit was calculated to be 356-117 = 2.39 million yuan.
